First, we engrave your custom design onto the metal card. Then, we carefully transfer the EMV chip and magnetic stripe data from your original card to ensure full functionality. Once complete, both your original and new metal card are securely returned to you.

Premade Design Cards: Select from our collection of pre-designed cards. These designs are ready to engrave, with options for minor customizations like adjusting the placement of your name and card numbers.

The process is fast and efficient! We engrave and upgrade your card on the same day we receive it. Once completed, we ship it back to you via express shipping:

  • Domestic Orders (Thailand): Shipping takes approximately 2-3 days.
  • International Orders: Shipping typically takes 5-10 days.

The total turnaround time, from receiving your card to delivering it back, is approximately 4-10 days, depending on your location.

Yes, you can! Contact us to schedule an appointment, and we'll be happy to show you the engraving and upgrading process in person.

If your card is nearing its expiration date, we recommend contacting your card issuer to reissue it as “damaged” for a new expiration date, typically valid for 5 more years.

If you want new card details, you can request a reissue as “lost” before you send us your card.

Our staff primarily speaks English with conversational Thai. For Thai or other languages, we can communicate through email or chat without issue.

Our website currently accepts payments in Thai Baht. We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards. Currency conversion is managed by your bank or card provider, and additional fees may apply based on your card's terms. We're actively working on expanding support for other currencies in card transactions. To avoid card-related fees, you can also make payments through Thai bank transfers. Contact us to set up this option.
